This policy explains how BlueMagic Group Clinic (“we”, “us”) collects and processes personal data through this website and in providing dental consultation and treatment services. What we collect
- Contact data you provide in forms: name, phone number, email address, country and your preferred contact channel.
- Health data you choose to share for a preliminary review: descriptions of your dental concerns, medical considerations you enter, and any photos, X-rays or other imaging you upload.
- Communication data: messages exchanged with our coordination team by form, email, phone or WhatsApp.
- Technical data: essential cookies, and, only with your consent, analytics and marketing cookies as described in the Cookie Policy.
Health data, photos and X-rays
Photos of your smile and dental X-rays are health data and receive special protection. We process them only for the purpose you provide them: a preliminary clinical review and the preparation of your treatment plan. They are shared only with the clinical and coordination staff involved in your case, are never published without your separate, explicit, written consent, and are never used for marketing or model training. Uploading imaging is always optional, the assessment can begin with photos alone.

Retention
Enquiry data that does not lead to treatment is retained no longer than necessary to handle the enquiry and reasonable follow-up, then deleted. Medical records of treated patients are retained for the periods required by applicable healthcare law. You may request deletion of preliminary review materials, including uploaded photos and X-rays, at any time before treatment.
Sharing and transfers
We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with: clinical staff involved in your case; service providers processing data on our instructions (hosting, secure form processing, communication tools) under data processing agreements; and authorities where law requires. Where data is transferred internationally, we use recognised safeguards.
Your rights
- Access the personal data we hold about you, and receive a copy.
- Correct inaccurate data, or complete incomplete data.
- Request deletion, subject to legally required medical record retention.
- Restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time.
- Data portability for data you provided to us.
- Complain to your data protection authority.
