The group guarantee framework

BlueMagic Group Clinic operates a Lifetime Medical Guarantee Certificate framework across the group (terms apply). For dental treatment, the meaningful commitments are written into your individual treatment plan: the materials used, the scope of work, and how complications such as a failed implant integration are handled. We consider a specific written plan more valuable than a general certificate, and you receive yours before you travel, not after you pay.

Materials documentation

Every implant placed carries manufacturer documentation, our systems come from the Straumann Group (Nuvo, Neodent, Medentica) and Straumann, and ceramic restorations are crafted in Ivoclar-Vita materials. The systems and materials used in your treatment are named in your quote and recorded in your treatment records, so that any dentist anywhere can identify exactly what is in your mouth years from now. That portability is the point of documentation.

Clinical and hygiene standards

• Standardised sterilization cycles for instruments, monitored and logged.
• Single-use consumables used once, without exception.
• Written treatment protocols shared across the group’s divisions.
• Treatment planning and consent documented in writing, in your language.

An honest note on this page

We list here only what we can stand behind in writing, and we avoid the certificate-wall theatre of framed logos without registration numbers. As division-level accreditations and practitioner profiles complete verification for publication, they will appear here with details that can be independently checked. If you want to verify anything today, ask your coordinator, real documentation survives being asked for.
