Step 1
Smile assessment
You send photos, and X-rays if you have them, through the online assessment. Five minutes, from your phone, free.

Step 2
X-rays and review
The dental team reviews your case. If you have no panoramic X-ray, it is taken on arrival and the plan is confirmed then.

Step 3
Written plan
You receive a per-tooth plan in writing: treatments, materials, visits and itemised prices. Question anything.

Step 4
Travel arrangements
Flights on your side; hotel assistance, VIP airport transfers and appointment scheduling on ours.

Step 5
Arrival & consultation
Airport pickup, hotel check-in, then your in-person consultation: clinical examination, plan confirmation, and meeting your treating dentist.

Step 6
Treatment stages
Treatment proceeds in clinical order, foundations first, then restorative and cosmetic stages, under local anaesthesia.

Step 7
Laboratory days
While ceramics are crafted, you have Tirana: coffee culture, castle day-trips, or simply rest. Temporaries keep you presentable.

Step 8
Fitting & bite check
Try-in, your approval, final placement and occlusal fine-tuning, the plan ends the way it started, with your sign-off.

Aftercare handover
Written care instructions, hygiene protocol and any medication guidance before you fly.

Follow-up from home
WhatsApp check-ins, photo reviews where useful, an emergency line, and visit two scheduling for staged implant plans.
The honest asterisks
- Implant plans usually mean two journeys, 3–6 months apart, biology, not upselling. One-visit promises for every case are a red flag anywhere.
- A plan confirmed on X-rays can still be adjusted at clinical examination, rarely, and never silently: changes are explained and agreed before work continues.
- Surgical days are followed by recovery days. We schedule them in, and so should your holiday ambitions.
- Individual results vary. Every mouth heals on its own schedule.
