Treatment decisions are made only after clinical review and consultation, and are governed by the individual written treatment plan and consent documents you receive, which prevail over anything on this website.
Preliminary reviews and quotes
- Online assessments produce a preliminary, non-binding clinical opinion based on the materials you provide.
- Written quotes are prepared after review of photos and X-rays and are binding as described in the quote itself, subject to findings at in-person clinical examination.
- Any change arising from clinical examination is explained and requires your agreement before treatment proceeds.
- Published “from” prices are per-unit starting prices, not offers; your written quote is the contractual document.
Bookings and travel
Appointment scheduling, payment terms, and any cancellation or rescheduling conditions are confirmed in writing with your treatment plan before you travel. Travel assistance (transfers, hotel coordination) is a support service; contracts for flights and hotels are between you and those providers unless stated otherwise in writing.
Intellectual property
The content, design and imagery of this website belong to BlueMagic Group Clinic or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.
Liability
We maintain this website with care but do not warrant that it is error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general website content, as opposed to your individual written plan and clinical documents, which govern treatment. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of Albania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Treatment contracts are governed by the documents you sign.
